Stocky shutdown · Aug 2026

Shopify retired Stocky. Don't let your inventory history die with it.

Stocky shut down August 31, 2026, and Shopify's read-only export access is only promised for about 90 days — roughly through late November 2026. Your purchase orders, adjustments, and transfers are becoming a pile of CSVs — turn them into one searchable archive that opens in any browser, forever. Everything stays on your device.

Your Stocky exports

Drop in the CSVs you exported from Stocky's reports — purchase orders, adjustments, transfers, products (any CSV works). They're parsed right here in your browser; nothing is uploaded, ever.

What you get

One file, usable forever

All your exports become a single self-contained HTML archive — data, search, and viewer embedded together. No app, no account, no server. It opens the same in 2036.

Search across everything

Type a SKU, supplier, or PO number and see every matching row across every file at once — the lookup Stocky used to do for you.

Nothing leaves your browser

Parsing, search, and export all run on your device. Your supplier terms and cost prices are business-sensitive — they never touch our servers.

Questions

How do I get my data out of Stocky?

Use Stocky's built-in reports while read-only access lasts: open each report (purchase orders, stock adjustments, transfers, products) and export it as CSV. Shopify's notice promises read-only access for at least 90 days after the August 31, 2026 shutdown — roughly late November — so export everything now, even what you don't need yet. Note supplier records have no CSV export in Stocky; keep those details elsewhere.

Do you upload my files?

No. The CSVs are read and parsed in your browser's memory. The only network request this site ever makes with data you provide is the optional email signup.

What if my export isn't from Stocky?

Any CSV works. We recognize common Stocky exports by their columns and label them; anything else is shown as a plain searchable spreadsheet with the columns from your file.

How big can my files be?

Up to 50MB per CSV, several files at once. Very large tables are previewed 100 rows at a time on this page, but the downloaded archive file always contains every row.
